Yes! You're welcome to collect your purchase from our Antwerp store location. This option is perfect if you prefer to receive your jewelry in person. When selecting your delivery method during checkout, simply choose the "Store Pickup" option. We'll notify you once your item is ready for collection. Of course, if you prefer, we also offer our secure shipping service to deliver directly to your address.

Returns & refunds

Custom-Made Pieces: While custom jewelry pieces cannot be returned due to their unique, made-to-order nature, we're dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your custom piece, we'll work closely with you to adjust and perfect it until it meets your expectations.
