1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using antwerpmounts.com ("Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

Antwerp Mounts BV provides professional gold mounting and jewelry manufacturing services ("Services"). All Services are subject to:

• Professional standards of the Belgian jewelry industry
• Specific agreements made in writing

• Applicable Belgian and EU regulations

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in EUR
• Prices include VAT for EU consumers where applicable
• Wholesale pricing is available for approved B2B customers
• Gold prices are subject to daily market fluctuations
• Custom quotes remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified

3.2 Order Acceptance

Order acceptance is subject to:

• Material availability and market conditions
• Technical feasibility assessment
• Credit approval for wholesale customers
• Order verification and confirmation

3.3 Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed and production has begun:

• Minor modifications may be accommodated with additional fees
• Significant changes may require a new order
• Cancellations of custom orders are not permitted once production starts

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)

4.1 Standard Items

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for non-customized items per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods.

4.2 Custom-Made Items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from withdrawal rights under Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This includes:

• Custom mountings made to specific measurements
• Personalized or engraved items
• Items modified to customer specifications

4.3 How to Exercise Withdrawal

To exercise your withdrawal right, send a clear statement to info@antwerpmounts.com including:

• Your name and contact details
• Order number and date
• Clear statement of withdrawal

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (SEPA)
• Secure credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Invoice payment (approved wholesale customers only)

5.2 Payment Terms

• Retail customers: Full payment required at order confirmation
• Custom orders: 50% deposit required, balance due before shipping
• Wholesale customers: Net 30 days from invoice date (subject to credit approval)

5.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with Belgian law and may result in suspension of services.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Times

• Standard items: 3-5 business days within Belgium, 5-10 business days EU
• Custom orders: Timeframe provided upon order confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

6.2 Shipping

• All shipments are fully insured
• Tracking information provided for all orders
• Signature required upon delivery
• Risk transfers upon delivery to the specified address

6.3 International Shipping

• Available to most countries
• Customer responsible for import duties and taxes
• Compliance with destination country regulations required

• Gold purity as stated (9K, 14K, 18K verified by hallmark)

7.2 Customer-Supplied Materials

When providing your own materials:

• Materials must meet our quality standards
• We are not liable for defects in customer-supplied materials
• A material inspection fee may apply
• We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable materials

9. Intellectual Property

• Customer retains rights to original design concepts they provide
• Joint ownership may apply to collaborative designs as agreed

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Our Liability is Limited to:

• Direct damages actually suffered
• Maximum of the order value
• Legally mandatory coverage under Belgian law

10.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Force majeure events
• Customer negligence or misuse
• Third-party actions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profit or business opportunities

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

Disputes will be resolved:

2. Through mediation if direct resolution fails
3. In the courts of Antwerp, Belgium if necessary
