What metals and purities are available?
Most models are available in 14K and 18K gold — yellow, white, and rose. Platinum is available on request. If the option you need isn't listed, request a quote and we'll confirm availability and pricing.
Can I order a specific ring size or chain length?
Yes. Add your required size in the order notes at checkout, and we'll manufacture to that specification. If a size change affects the gold weight and price, we'll confirm with you before production.
Are stones included, or is this the mounting only?
Unless stated otherwise, our products are mountings only — stones are not included. We can source diamonds and set them for you as a separate service. Request a finished piece quote for details.
What is the lead time?
In-stock items ship within 2–7 business days. Made-to-order models take 2–3 weeks. Custom designs typically require 3–5 weeks. All orders ship from our Antwerp atelier with full tracking.
Can I modify this design or order a custom piece?
Absolutely. We regularly modify existing models (different stone sizes, head styles, shank widths) and create entirely new designs from sketches or references. Submit a quote request with your specifications.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for catalog items. For custom or modified designs, we work with orders of any size — from a single piece to production runs.
What is your return policy?
Standard catalog items can be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. See our wholesale terms for full details.
