- Alterations made by third parties
- Damage from chemicals or harsh conditions

Stone Security
Our settings are designed for secure stone retention. However:
- Regular inspection recommended (every 6-12 months)
- Impact or rough use can loosen settings
- Complimentary tightening available at our workshop
Custom Order Guarantee
Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are guaranteed to:
- Match agreed specifications exactly
- Meet the same quality standards as stock items
- Be free from manufacturing defects
Design Approval Process
For complex custom orders, we provide:
- Detailed specifications for your approval before production
- 3D renders or CAD images when applicable
- Final confirmation required before manufacturing begins
Rhodium Plating
White Gold Finish
All white gold items are rhodium plated for a bright, lasting finish:
- Professional-grade rhodium application
- Typical wear life: 12-18 months with regular use
- Re-plating service available (fees apply)
Note: Rhodium plating naturally wears over time with normal use. This is not a defect.
