Retail Customers

Custom Orders

For made-to-order and custom pieces:

  • Remaining 50% due before shipping
  • Production begins only after deposit confirmation
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production starts

Wholesale Customers (B2B)

Approved wholesale customers may qualify for:

  • Invoice payment via bank transfer
  • Monthly account statements

New wholesale accounts require prepayment for initial orders.
