What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum on stock mountings. Buy one piece or a hundred. Custom orders start at one piece with a small setup fee, quoted per project.
Which metals and finishes are available?
Stock mountings come in 14K and 18K gold, in yellow, white, or rose. Platinum is available on request for custom orders.
Can I commission a custom design?
Yes. Send us a sketch, a reference photo, or a CAD file. Our team handles 3D modelling, casting, setting prep, and finishing in our Antwerp workshop. Most custom orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to more than 50 countries. Insured DHL Express delivery is included on wholesale orders over €2,500. Smaller orders ship at cost.
Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are billed at catalog rate, and the cost is credited back against your first bulk order of 10 or more of the same design.
